ACIW's CALL for Safer Workplace!

One (1) day Orientation on Safety & Health Standards (OSHS) for all workers in the Construction and Allied
Industry, this would enable them to be aware of the dangerous condition in their workplace and the different
hazards akin to the construction industry. Proper Implementation of OSHS would substantially reduce accidents in the workplace;
Since the construction industry is considered to be within the so-called dangerous profession, all
construction workers should be TESDA certified. This means that the workers are required to undertake and pass the necessary safety requirements related to their job to minimize if not eliminate accidents and injuries that cause limbs and lives to perish; instead of employment; death and destruction .
